We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee procurement operations for our Food & Beverage business. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the F&B; industry, preferably in Continental restaurants, hotels, or hospitality establishments. The role involves managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely procurement of quality products, and maintaining cost-effective purchasing practices.
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for food, beverages, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality products at competitive prices.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors and service providers.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations, kitchen,



and stores departments to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.
Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards.
Control procurement costs and identify prospects for cost savings.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company procurement policies

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
