Measurement & Manufacturing feasibility report preparation as per print requirement
Fixture design confirmation as per document
Tool list preparation & Tools drawing verification and approval
Tool package preparation and verification
Fixture drawing verification & approval
Process sequence preparation and finalization
Machining program & cad cam program to make as per target cycle time
Quality requirement to be fulfill as per customer requirement
Improvement activities in all type of machining like TC, VMC, HMC, Conventional machines
Cycle time reduction to improve CPC (Cost per Component)
Confirmation for on time delivery at development part
Training for recent parts to setters & Operators
Improvement activities for regular running parts and current development parts
PPAP and APQP requirement fulfillment
