Operate VMC/CNC machines safely and efficiently.
Load raw materials and secure workpieces using fixtures and clamps.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job cards.
Set machine parameters such as tool offsets, feed rates, and spindle speeds.
Perform tool changes and basic machine setup.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Monitor machine performance and identify machining defects.
Maintain production records and quality reports.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Follow workplace safety and quality standards.

Required Skills
Knowledge of VMC/CNC machine operation.
Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T; symbols (preferred).
Familiarity with measuring instruments.
Understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials.
Attention to detail and quality control.
