Responsible to oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including planning, budgeting, reporting and auditing.
To play a supportive and complimentary role to CEO, while highlighting any deviations noted.
Preparation and publishing of financial statements.
Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively. Preparation of Cash flow, Revenue, Cost & Credit Control, Costing, Pricing, Profitability Analysis, Variance Analysis, MIS etc




Ensuring timely payment processing. Payroll processing after confirming with proper support documents.
Ensure all supporting documents are collected and appended before submitting for approval to Group CFO.
Statutory, Audit & Tax Compliance.
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Preparation of financial data for investments and strategic tie ups, cost control, statutory and taxation Comply with financial policies and regulations.
