We are seeking an experienced and creative BIM Architect to lead architectural modeling and coordination using BIM technologies. The candidate will play a key role in design development, model management, and interdisciplinary coordination across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
Lead design coordination and clash detection using Navisworks
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project specifications
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and project teams
Review and validate models for accuracy, constructability, and quality
Mentor junior BIM modelers and analysts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
3+ years of experience in BIM-based architectural design
Positive understanding of building design, construction methods, and codes
Experience in preparing working drawings and construction documentation
Performance Metrics :
Accuracy and quality of BIM models
Timely delivery of project milestones
Coordination efficiency (clash resolution rate)
Compliance with BIM standards and client requirements
