Job Purpose

To prepare and guide students for the NEET examination by delivering high-quality subject instruction, conducting assessments, and helping students strengthen their conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver NEET coaching classes .
Teach concepts aligned with the NEET syllabus and exam pattern.
Prepare study materials, practice worksheets, and mock tests.
Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
Clarify students' doubts and support them in improving their performance.
Track student progress and recommend improvement strategies.
Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective coaching delivery.
Maintain attendance and basic academic records.

Qualifications




Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject
Prior experience in NEET coaching is preferred.
Solid subject knowledge and good communication skills.

Experience
2+ years of teaching or NEET coaching experience preferred.
Experienced school teachers with NEET coaching expertise are also encouraged to apply.

Skills
Solid conceptual knowledge of the subject.
Ability to simplify complex concepts.
Positive classroom management and communication skills.
Student-focused approach with a passion for teaching.
