Job Summary

We are looking for a Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build solid relationships with students.

Responsibilities
Counsel students on available courses and career prospects.
Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain student records and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in counselling,



customer service, or sales are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Work Location: Vyttila, Kochi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
