Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, and corporate functions.
Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and ensure quality hiring.
Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Support HR operations including attendance, leave management, HRMS, and employee lifecycle activities.
Organize employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition, and culture-building programs.
Coordinate learning initiatives, induction programs, training calendars, and support organizational development interventions.
Assist in implementing HR policies, performance management, and employee relations.
Maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, recruitment metrics, and compliance documentation.
Contribute to building HR processes, policies, and best practices for a greenfield office setup.

Requirements:




2–4 years of experience in a blended HR role covering Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related discipline (MBA-HR preferred).
Solid understanding of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, engagement, and HR operations.
Exposure to L&D;, organizational development, or performance management will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Self-driven, hands-on, and excited to build HR processes in a startup-like workplace.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
