Key Responsibilities
Finding Leads: Searching for current property buyers, sellers, investors, and corporate tenants through cold calling and networking.
Market Analysis: Studying local property trends, competitor actions, and pricing to spot current areas for growth.
Client Relations: Meeting property owners and investors to pitch services, build trust, and secure exclusive property listings or management contracts.
Negotiation: Closing contracts, finalizing lease terms or sales prices, and making sure deals advantage the firm.
Teamwork: Working with marketing and sales teams to plan promotional campaigns and hit company revenue goals.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
