Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Embedded Systems and IoT technologies.
Deliver training on Microcontrollers such as Arduino, PIC, AVR, ARM Cortex, ESP32, STM32, and Raspberry Pi.
Teach Embedded C, C++, RTOS concepts, Device Drivers, and Communication Protocols.
Design and develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and lab exercises.
Guide students in live projects, mini-projects, and capstone projects.
Assess trainees through tests, practical evaluations, and project reviews.
Stay updated with emerging embedded technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
Provide technical support and mentorship to trainees throughout the learning process.
Coordinate with academic and technical teams to improve training effectiveness.
Maintain training records, attendance, performance reports, and feedback.

Required Technical Skills
Robust knowledge of Embedded C and C++ Programming.
Experience with Microcontrollers (Arduino, PIC, AVR, ARM, STM32, ESP32, etc.).




Knowledge of Communication Protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus, and Ethernet.
Understanding of RTOS concepts and Embedded Linux.
Experience in IoT development and sensor interfacing.
Familiarity with PCB concepts, hardware debugging, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of development tools such as Keil, MPLAB, Arduino IDE, STM32CubeIDE, and Proteus.
Understanding of wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, and LoRa is an added advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Embedded Systems, Instrumentation, or related fields.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Embedded Systems Training, Development, or both.
Industry project experience in Embedded Systems/IoT is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
