We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in billing software, maintain accurate billing records, and provide excellent customer service while handling daily billing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Generate customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
Maintain daily billing records and sales reports.
Verify prices, discounts, and tax calculations.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding billing queries.
Ensure proper filing of invoices and billing documents.
Assist with stock-related entries and basic accounting tasks.
Resolve customer billing issues promptly.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce or a related field.
0–2 years of billing or cashier experience (freshers with valuable computer skills may also apply).
Knowledge of billing software (Marg, Tally, Busy, or similar ERP) is preferred.
Basic knowledge of GST and MS Excel.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
