Position : Commercial Leasing Executive – Client Coordination & Operations
Suggested Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Description
Manage incoming leads and client enquiries.
Understand client requirements and prepare leasing proposals.
Coordinate property presentations and site visits.
Maintain client communication and follow-up activities.
Prepare MIS reports and leasing status updates.
Support lease negotiations and closure activities.
Coordinate documentation, agreement execution, and registration processes.
Ensure timely updates between clients, landlords, and internal teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
