Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct engaging classroom activities for nursery, junior KG, and senior KG students.
Create a protected, caring, and stimulating learning setting.
Develop children's basic language, numeracy, social, and motor skills.
Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, rhymes, games, and hands-on activities.
Monitor and assess students' progress regularly.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
Requirements:
Graduate with D.Ed., ECCEd., NTT, Montessori Training, or relevant qualification.
Positive communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for working with young children.
Prior teaching experience preferred.
