Job Description:
Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their polymer procurement requirements.
Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and assist customers throughout the order cycle.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations, Logistics, and purchasing, to ensure seamless order execution.
Interact with suppliers and partner warehouses to source materials, monitor availability, and support procurement activities.
Analyse customer requirements, market trends, and pricing movements to identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely vehicle placement, shipment tracking,



and on-time deliveries.
Support marketing initiatives through customer engagement campaigns, market research, and promotional activities to expand business opportunities.

Compensation & Growth Path:
Expected CTC during training period: ₹3.3 LPA
Training Period: 1 Year
Confirmation: Subject to satisfactory performance upon completion of the training period.
Upon successful completion of the 1-year training period, the revised CTC may be ₹3.5 LPA, ₹4.5 LPA, or ₹5.5 LPA, based on individual performance.

Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
