We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing of Metallic Expansion Bellows. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of bellows manufacturing processes, welding, fabrication, quality control, and production planning. The role requires ensuring timely production, maintaining quality standards, and effectively managing shop-floor activities.
Supervise day-to-day production activities.
Plan and allocate work to welders, fitters, helpers, and machine operators.
Ensure production is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor bellows forming, welding, assembly, and testing activities.
Maintain production schedules to achieve delivery commitments.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection requirements.
Coordinate with the Quality, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
Minimize material wastage and improve productivity.
Ensure proper maintenance and protected operation of machines and tools.
Maintain production records and daily progress reports.
Train and guide shop-floor workers on best manufacturing practices.
