Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect with deep expertise in non-functional requirements (NFRs) to define and drive architectural strategy across enterprise platforms.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
Define and enforce NFRs: performance, scalability, reliability, security
Design scalable and resilient enterprise systems
Lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives
Drive Microsoft ecosystem architecture (Azure, Fabric, Power BI,



.NET)
Lead performance testing and optimization
Establish observability and reliability practices
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams
Mentor architects and senior engineers

Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years experience in software engineering/architecture
Robust expertise in NFRs
Hands-on Microsoft stack (Azure, .NET, Fabric, Power BI)
Experience with distributed systems and microservices
ERP or enterprise product experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications
Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
Data engineering and analytics exposure
AI/ML familiarity
