Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Operations (Pipeline Projects)
Lead and manage the overall operations of multiple pipeline projects across various locations.
Develop operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and project performance.
Ensure projects are executed in accordance with contractual requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Monitor resource planning, manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and material availability.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
Identify operational risks and implement preventive and corrective measures.
Monitor project costs and optimize operational expenses without compromising quality.




Resolve operational challenges and provide technical and managerial support to project teams.
Oversee project reporting, documentation, billing coordination, and client communications.
Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to ensure project progress and quality.
Mentor and guide project managers, engineers, and site teams to achieve operational excellence.
Coordinate with procurement, planning, QA/QC, finance, and HR departments for effective project delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
Report operational performance, project status, and key milestones to senior management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
