Now, we are looking for someone who can build our team, systems, and culture from scratch.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional HR role.
You will act as a Talent Builder + System Creator + Team Driver.

Your main job:
Build a high-performance team that helps The RST Show scale to millions.

Key Responsibilities Hiring & Talent Acquisition
Hire video editors, designers, content strategists, social media managers
Create job descriptions, screening systems & hiring pipelines
Conduct interviews & shortlist high-quality candidates

Systems & Operations
Build daily workflow systems (editing, posting, content pipeline)
Ensure team productivity & accountability
Track performance (output, deadlines, quality)

Performance Management
Set targets (e.g., reels per day, content output)
Monitor attendance, discipline & team consistency
Implement improvement plans

Culture & Communication
Maintain a robust, positive, high-performance work culture




Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth communication
Keep the team aligned with company goals

Who Should Apply
Experience in HR / Recruitment / Operations (preferred)
Strong communication & decision-making skills
Ability to handle pressure & deliver results
Organized, disciplined & execution-focused
Interest in media, content, or startups

Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
