Achieve Monthly Sales Target
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of admission counsellors to achieve targets.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and track performance
Personally handle student inquiries and convert leads into admissions
Conduct counselling sessions with prospective students and parents
Monitor calls, follow-ups, and conversion rates of team members
Train and mentor counsellors to improve communication and closing skills
Develop and implement strategies to increase admissions and lead conversion
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM
Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2–3 years of experience in sales/admissions, preferably in education or edtech




Experience in handling or mentoring a team is an advantage
Proven ability to achieve both individual and team targets
Strong communication, counselling, and convincing skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven setting

Preferred Qualifications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
