A Field Network Engineer is a hands-on IT skilled responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network hardware and infrastructure in office at client locations or remote facilities. They bridge the gap between high-level network design and physical execution by deploying routers, switches, and cabling while ensuring continuous connectivity.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, hardware failures, and software errors on-site.
Cabling & Infrastructure: Run, terminate, and test Ethernet and fiber optic cables, ensuring neat and compliant rack organizations.
Network Monitoring: Evaluate network performance using diagnostic tools to identify latency, packet loss, or configuration issues.
Site Surveys: Conduct physical walkthroughs at client sites to plan optimal placements for Wi-Fi access points and cabling runs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of hardware installations, network diagrams, and site-specific troubleshooting guides
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
