Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Telecom BPO (US process)

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals for a US telecom process. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving service-related concerns, and ensuring a seamless support experience while working in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Role & Responsibilities
Manage inbound and/or outbound calls for US-based telecom customers
Address customer inquiries related to services, plans, billing, and technical concerns
Deliver prompt and effective resolutions while maintaining service quality standards
Accurately record customer interactions and update internal systems
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate teams
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time,



and customer satisfaction
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
Hands on exposure on voice, video, chat and web for client handling

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO/customer support role (telecom preferred)
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US time zones
Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Computer proficiency and typing ability
