Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Email Migration Specialist to lead enterprise-wide migration from Zimbra Email to Zoho. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in migration planning, governance, security, Microsoft 365 technologies, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end migration from Zimbra to zoho
Design migration strategy, coexistence architecture, phased migration plans, and cutover approach.
Assess existing email infrastructure, dependencies, integrations, and security controls.
Identify and address security gaps before migration.
Design and implement DLP policies for Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Prepare HLD, LLD, migration runbooks, rollback plans, and user transition documentation.
Manage governance, project milestones, risk management, and delivery oversight.
Coordinate with business teams, infrastructure, security, Microsoft, implementation partners, and system integrators.
Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD Connect), Conditional Access, Intune, and Hybrid Identity.
Ensure secure migration, compliance, retention policies, and operational readiness.




Prepare executive dashboards, migration reports, and steering committee presentations.
