Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
Maintain and repair Split ACs, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and ventilation units.
Attend guest complaints related to air-conditioning and cooling systems.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure energy-effective operations.
Inspect and maintain refrigeration equipment and cold rooms.
Maintain daily maintenance records and service logs.
Follow safety procedures and hotel engineering standards.
Coordinate with the Engineering team during emergencies and shutdowns.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
