We are looking for a skilled PCB Soldering & Repair Technician to assemble, solder, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). The ideal candidate should have experience in component-level repair, soldering techniques, and using electronic testing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform PCB assembly, soldering, and de-soldering (SMD & Through-Hole components).
Diagnose and repair faulty PCBs at the component level.
Replace ICs, resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, connectors, and other electronic components.
Use soldering stations, hot air rework stations, and desoldering tools.
Inspect PCBs for solder quality, defects, and damage.
Perform functional testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.
Read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and PCB layouts.
Maintain ESD-protected working practices and follow quality standards.
Record repair findings and maintain service documentation.
Ensure repairs are completed within quality and turnaround time targets.

1–5 years of experience in PCB soldering and electronic repair.
Preferred Skills
Experience with BGA rework (preferred).
Knowledge of IPC soldering standards.
Familiarity with SMT production and rework.
Valuable hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
