Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
Manage Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
Execute PPC campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Pixels.
Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
Work closely with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
Implement SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
