Job Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoicing: Create accurate wholesale bills and retail invoices daily.
Software Management: Perform exact data entry of stock, purchases, and sales in Busy Software.
Order Management: Prepare formal purchase orders and coordinate with supplier companies.
Email Correspondence: Handle routine business emails, order tracking, and vendor communications.
Data Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date ledgers and daily transaction records
