Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead software development projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project review meetings.
Ensure quality standards and timely project delivery.
Communicate project status and updates to clients and management.
Maintain project documentation and reports.




Drive continuous process improvement and team collaboration.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing software development life cycle (SDLC).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
