Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, vendor development, and supplier management.
Good market knowledge of IT hardware and electronic products.
Experience handling RFQs, vendor negotiations, and international procurement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Robust analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
High attention to detail with accuracy in costing and documentation.
Responsibilities
Manage online bidding activities and develop current vendor relationships.
Analyze customer RFQs and identify product requirements.
Source suppliers and obtain competitive pricing and technical information.
Prepare accurate costing and technical quotation packages.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supplier contracts.
Coordinate logistics by evaluating freight costs and selecting suitable shipment methods.
Ensure compliance with international sourcing regulations, including taxes, duties, and import/export requirements.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while evaluating vendor performance and onboarding recent suppliers.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
