Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit client RA bills, final bills, and milestone-based invoices.
Verify work quantities based on BOQs, drawings, and site measurements.
Prepare and certify subcontractor bills.
Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, clients, and consultants for billing approvals.
Track billing status, outstanding payments, and receivables.
Reconcile quantities, materials, and costs with project records.
Prepare MIS reports, billing forecasts, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and billing procedures.
Maintain complete documentation related to billing and project records.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a related engineering discipline.
3–8 years of experience in billing engineering, quantity surveying, or project billing.




Solid knowledge of BOQs, estimation, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
Experience with RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor billing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Ability to read engineering drawings and contract documents.
