We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to assist with cloud support and day-to-day internal IT operations. The role involves working on system configurations, basic server management, and providing technical support to ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in cloud support activities (user access, monitoring, basic configurations)
Support server-related tasks including setup, monitoring, and maintenance
Handle PC and laptop configuration, installation, and troubleshooting
Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues
Install and update operating systems, applications, and security patches
Assist in managing network and system performance
Maintain IT asset records and documentation
Ensure data backup and basic security practices are followed
Support internal IT projects and upgrades
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
Knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced setting
Basic knowledge of MS Office and system tools
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
