We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of inbound and outbound activities, inventory accuracy, and smooth logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Operations
Receive incoming goods and verify against purchase orders and invoices
Inspect materials for quality and quantity discrepancies
Ensure proper documentation and system entry of received items
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for any issues
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods
Outbound Operations
Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
Pick, pack, and dispatch goods as per company standards
Ensure proper documentation for shipments
Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines
Transportation Management
Plan and coordinate transportation for timely delivery
Liaise with transporters and logistics partners




Track shipments and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery
Optimize transportation costs and efficiency
Return Operations
Handle returned goods and verify condition
Process return documentation and update inventory
Coordinate with quality and customer service teams for resolution
Identify patterns in returns and suggest improvements

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
Positive communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
