The sales executive is responsible for generating new business, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company's product and services.
Key Responsibilites
Generate recent leads and acquire customers.
Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Explain company products and schemes to prospective customers.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Resolve customer queries and provide after - sales - support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or PUC/12th
Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
