Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the overall garment store operations, ensuring effective handling, storage, and movement of garments, while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting production and dispatch requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the garment store and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records of garment inward and outward movements.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and sales teams for timely replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of garments to prevent damage or mix-up.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Supervise store staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
Coordinate with dispatch for timely delivery of garments to respective locations.
Maintain housekeeping, safety, and compliance standards within the store area.




Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
Identify and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Robust knowledge of garment inventory management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / SAP or store management software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Leadership and team management abilities.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Textile / Supply Chain / Related field.
3–5 years of experience in garment store management or related role.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
