Graduate or MBA in Operations/ Supply-chain management, with deep understanding of the Contract Logistics Business
Minimum 5+ years of industry experience with at least 3 years in Managerial position with Contract Logistics industry
Rich Exposure in Operations, Implementation in warehousing and logistics industry
Ability to work under advanced IT environment/Tech savvy
Should have handled P&L; responsibility.
Proactive approach and problem-solving skills Relevant knowledge of service solutions across the logistic value chain
Possess excellent communication, team management & interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership capability with the ability to ensure Operational targets and budgets are achieved by the Operations team.
