Job Overview:
We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused F&B; Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, possess positive communication skills, and be passionate about delivering excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area as per company standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.
Address guest requests promptly and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in hotel or hospitality F&B; service.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a guest-first approach.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards is preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
