Job Summary
Daymart Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Head Office team in Nadakkavu, Calicut. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee management processes.
Candidates who demonstrate excellent performance during the internship will be considered for full time employment opportunities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and induction processes
Update HR trackers and reports
Assist with attendance and payroll-related tasks
Support training and employee engagement initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate with HR Certification or specialization in Human Resource Management
MBA / BBA in HR will be an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Candidates residing near Nadakkavu / Calicut preferred
