Division: WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) – Erection & Commissioning
Reporting to: The Director
Location - Majorly Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu plus more Wind areas across South India

Job Summary

The Operations Manager / Operations Supervisor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) erection and commissioning projects while ensuring timely delivery, optimum resource utilization, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day project operations.
Ensure timely execution of WTG erection and commissioning activities.
Manage manpower, equipment, tools, and material deployment.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, OEMs, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Monitor project costs and optimize resource utilization.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project reports (MIS).
Resolve operational issues and support continuous process improvement.
Lead, guide,



and monitor site teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualification
Diploma in BE or B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
MBA (Operations) will be an added advantage.

Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience

Preferred
Experience in WTG Erection & Commissioning, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, or Heavy Engineering projects

Compensation

As per company policy and the candidate's qualifications and experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
