Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oil & Gas / EPC Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and Manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for contract and permanent positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and onboarding.
Close positions within defined TAT while maintaining quality.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for niche engineering roles.
Requirements:
2–5 years of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas / EPC hiring.
Experience hiring Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Process, HSE, and Project specialists.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
