Sane Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is a growing software development company providing custom software, web development, mobile applications, ERP/CRM solutions, Transport Management Systems (TMS), and other IT services to clients in India and overseas.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with proven experience in IT services sales to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, networking, and other sales channels.
Identify potential clients and build a robust sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
Conduct client meetings, online demos, and presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with technical teams for project discussions and solution planning.
Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales/Business Development with a software development company.
Solid knowledge of selling software development services, websites, mobile apps, ERP/CRM, SaaS, or custom software solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closure.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email marketing, and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred
Experience with domestic and international B2B clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Job Details
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) – Mohali
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
