Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing skilled with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of driving engagement, conversions, and retention through effective email communication.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns, and transactional emails
Develop compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives
Design and optimize email templates for responsiveness across devices and email clients
Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions
Manage marketing automation workflows (welcome journeys, lead nurturing, re-engagement, etc.)
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and send times
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and conversions
Maintain list hygiene, manage unsubscribes,



and ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Coordinate with content, design, and performance marketing teams for integrated campaigns
Stay updated with email marketing best practices, tools, and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of proven experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zoho Campaigns, or similar platforms
Robust copywriting and editing skills
Solid understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and automation
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and insights
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is preferred
Ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail and deadlines

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
