Position: Vice Principal
Board: MP Board
Experience: 5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Principal in academic and administrative operations.
Monitor teaching quality and ensure effective curriculum implementation.
Mentor teachers and improve student academic performance.
Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning setting.
Coordinate examinations, parent interactions, and school activities.
Eligibility:
Master's Degree with B.Ed./M.Ed.
5–8 years of experience in teaching and school administration.
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in MP Board schools is mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
