We are a a leading IT company, based in Mohali and the US and looking for a skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across different industries.
Responsibilities
Create and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Perform keyword research and audience targeting
Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, and ROI
Monitor daily ad performance and prepare reports
Handle ad creatives, copy coordination, and A/B testing
Manage budgets and improve campaign performance
Track conversions using tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and Meta Pixel
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience working with multiple industries/businesses
Valuable understanding of lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Robust communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience with WordPress, or landing pages
Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus
Agency experience preferred
