A Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to standards
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces
Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, drinking water, and amenities
Clean bathrooms, mirrors, fixtures, and fittings thoroughly
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items
Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
Respond politely to guest requests and inquiries
Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy

Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment




Attention to detail and cleanliness
Physical stamina (standing, bending, lifting)
Positive communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Time management skills
Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices

Qualifications:
Minimum: High school or equivalent (preferred)
Prior housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage

Working Conditions:
Shift-based work (including weekends and holidays)
Physically demanding role

Salary Range (India):
₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and hotel category)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
