An experienced Biomedical Engineering skilled responsible for managing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and performance of hospital medical equipment while ensuring compliance with healthcare safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Install and commission medical equipment in ICU, OT, laboratory, radiology, and wards
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical devices
Diagnose and repair equipment faults and technical issues
Conduct calibration and safety testing according to hospital standards
Maintain equipment history cards, maintenance logs, and service reports
Coordinate with vendors for AMC/CMC services and spare parts procurement
Ensure compliance with NABH, ISO, and biomedical safety regulations
Train doctors, nurses, and technicians on proper equipment usage
Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements
Support hospital audits and documentation processes

Required Qualifications
