Supervise and monitor daily maintenance activities within the residential society.
Coordinate with maintenance agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
Inspect and maintain common areas, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting systems.
Ensure the availability of maintenance materials and monitor inventory.
Verify the quality of maintenance work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Handle resident maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare maintenance schedules and maintain service records and reports.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for overall facility management.
Assist in vendor negotiations and material procurement when required.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
