Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Baranagar, North Kolkata (Candidates should be based in or near North Kolkata)

Job Type: Full-time (In-house, Non-target based)

Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through emails, live chat, and phone calls.
Ensure minimum turnaround time in resolving user queries and complaints.
Provide friendly, empathetic, and skilled customer service at all times.
Document user feedback and suggest process/product improvements.

Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (inbound/outbound support preferred), ideally in e-commerce or internet-based companies.




Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi.
Critical thinking and effective problem-solving ability.
Strong commitment to the ‘Customer First’ principle.
Hands-on experience with help desk software and remote support tools is an advantage.
