Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services in a explicit and professional manner.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth order processing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare daily call reports and update management on sales activities.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is an added advantage).
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Excel).
Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Solid follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
