Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support management with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Record all sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare GST invoices, e-Invoices, and e-Way Bills.
File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
Process payroll, salary, PF, ESI, and professional tax (if applicable).
Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government departments.
Verify vendor bills and process payments.




Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
2–5 years of experience as an Accountant.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
