Full job description
Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries, and requests.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, and follow up on leads.
Actively listen to customer needs, identify prospects to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Tamil and English is required - HINDI - Will be an added Advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM and telephony systems.
High school diploma or equivalent

Work Location: KILPAUK, CHENNAI

Work Days: Monday to Saturday - 09:30am to 06:30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
