South Kolkata | US Night Shift | Full time

Role Overview
Handle outbound calls for US Medicare customers
Assist with basic healthcare/medicare-related queries
Gather and provide accurate information with proper communication
Maintain quality and compliance during calls

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: HS / ISC (12th Pass)
1 year experience in Outbound US International Process
Age: 18 years and above
Should be street-smart and a multitasker
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
Must have a good sales pitch and convincing skills




Comfortable working in US night shifts
Basic computer knowledge
